Villa Parodi is a family-run business of unique holiday short term rentals. We offer guest houses, apartments, and stand-alone homes where you'll truly immerse yourself in the typical Ligurian countryside.

Our villa (Charming Ligurian Riviera Home) can sleep up to 12 guests. With a terrace and large balcony, large garden and plenty of private parking, it's the perfect place for a group of friends and great for families.

Each property has a secure bike storage facility, with hose and basic tools included! We want your escape to Finale Ligure to have easy access to the outdoor activities our town is famous for.
Where We Are
Our properties are in the heart of Finale Ligure. The Villa is nestled at the bottom of green Ligurian hills within olive groves & vineyards, and lies just under Castel Gavone in the Finalborgo neighbourhood.
Less than a ten-minute walk from the medieval old town, FinalBorgo, and an easy twenty-five minute stroll to the beach and train station (Finale Ligure Marina).
Our Borgo Apartment is located just outside the walls of FinalBorgo. The apartment is less than a five-minute walk from the Porta Reale entrance of FinalBorgo.
