What is the Cancellation Policy?
Cancellation policy is simple and relaxed:
If you cancel within 60 days from your arrival date we’ll refund 100% of your deposit.
If you cancel within 30 days you’ll get 50%,
If you cancel within 14 days of your stay you’ll get 25%
Should you decide to cancel within a week (7 days) of your stay, we will not be able to provide you a refund. Example: Arrival date is the 8th; you must cancel by the 1st by 23:59.
What is the Security Deposit?
We ask all guests for a security deposit to simply secure their dates of reservation. Please note this deposit does not go toward the balance of your reservation, but is a deposit that is returned to you within 48 hours after you checkout.
Charming Ligurian Riviera House: 500 EUR
Borgo Apartment: 200 EUR
What is the price for each property?
Our nightly prices vary per season with December to February being our low season; and April to October being our high season. Please send me a message with dates, and we will get back to you within 24 hours (but usually within 12 hours).
What time is Check-in and Check-out?
Check-in time varies per property, but we are often ready to receive guests anytime after 15.15.
Check-out time is 11.00 for all properties. If you desire a late check-out, we will try to accommodate but cannot promise you at the time of booking (we can let you know a few days before your arrival date).
Where can I park my car?
Charming Ligurian House has its own designated parking on the property for up to three vehicles. The Borgo Apartment has a parking lot across the street.
What if I change the number of guests in my booking?
Easy! We will simply adjust your final balance on the day of arrival. Your final balance is due during check-in.
Do you charge for infants or children?
All infants under the age of 2 years are free of charge. All children 2+ will be considered a guest just like an adult.
What do you provide for infants or children?
Each property are equipped with baby cots (for under 2 years old) and high chairs. We stock the Charming Ligurian Riviera House with a few toys for children (always good to have on a rainy day!). All properties have boardgames. Please note the properties are not baby-proof and we always suggest to keep an eye on children at all times.
Towels & Bed Linens?
Of course! We provide towels and bed linens for all guests.
